Jack Warren is the founder of Warren Law, where he represents individuals and families in complex civil litigation involving constitutional violations, personal injury, insurance bad faith, and appeals. A native of Oklahoma City, Jack earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Oklahoma before attending the University of Tulsa College of Law, where he graduated in 2018.
Since beginning his legal career, Jack has focused his practice on representing plaintiffs in a wide array of civil matters, handling every stage of litigation—from the initial investigation and discovery process through dispositive motion practice, trial preparation, and appeals. More recently, Jack has focused his practice on civil rights litigation, where he has extensive experience handling claims involving police misconduct, excessive force, sexual harassment, and cases involving injuries sustained by inmates in Oklahoma jails and prisons.
In addition to his civil rights practice, Jack represents individuals who have suffered serious injuries due to negligence, as well as policyholders pursuing claims against insurance companies that have failed to honor their obligations. Regardless of the type of case, his approach remains the same: meticulous preparation, honest communication, and unwavering advocacy for his clients.
Jack lives in Oklahoma City with his wife Katie and their three young sons. Outside the office, much of Jack’s time is spent trying to keep up with three energetic boys, who manage to keep him on his toes.
